suggest everyone here research why JNSH went public in the first place, what they did with the funds. How they got caught up in all sorts of early market shenanigans in the EV Charging industry and how they then exited that market as their strength is in their core business.

Taking a company private again is hard and expensive so Brian just runs his business and reports ever quarter as he has to, but essentially he is running his private business.

The only way this might get exciting is if he decides he wants to retire and sell his business
