That’s pretty conservative. I would hope there are still enough retail investors looking for a bargain, especially since rare earth will continue to get media attention as part of geo politics and the electrification of cars. In Europa only electro cars are allowed to be sold as new car from 2035 onwards. That’s a pretty tough decision given Europe’s current battery and lithium dependence on China.
MP’s currently ‘ depressed’ price earnings ratio of 23 is a good indication of the market attractiveness for rare earth mining ( compare gold mining at 12.9).
