Mind blowing. What is $600M ebitda with a standard 15-30x multiplier? More then 20x market cap post merger. Simple math.

And the EBITDA is fixing to rise with demo plant results, but what do i know?

The fixation and mind block of an RS, to gain $400m cash and a Nasdaq listing, while not chaging the market cap in the slightest, is simply astounding.

Sometimes its Skil, Sometimes its Luc.
