Again, the RS has absolutely no impact on the Market Cap of the company. Zero. And the Market cap, which i think we all agree, is extremely suppressed as to what actual value of NioCorp, now thanks to the SPAC deal, actually is. Especially since the SPAC deal guarantees the mine coming online. The projected Ebitda alone represents a 20x deficit in actual value. And more good news is coming.
