Without the Name of the Mine or Exact Location, there is no way to find which mine it was or under what name has the ownership/rights IMO! Facilitating for who? Next is the so called Toxic Note ... Management would not be continuing to build an EcoSystem if that Note could not be eliminated/settled going forward IMHO! Management will have to address the note to shareholders eventually! I see a few possibilities to eliminate the note, but only Management knows how they intend to do it! All of these questions about Legitimacy will go away as Management Un-Folds it's Completed EcoSystem and Master Plan for Shareholders IMHO! :)
