I find it almost amusing how concerned everyone is with the settlement number. Seems we unilaterally agree the amount of the judgement won't mean squat to all of us as joe shareholder. The value is in the win and how it impacts the next case and next ultimately leading us to a severely increased share price. Joe share holder gets nothing from this(or pennies).
