Why risk the worsening interest rates and tightening of loans/cash?

This SPAC deal has absolutely guaranteed the mine coming online. The projected EBITDA has never been more guaranteed, ever, in the history of NioCorp.

So pardon me when i am absolutely lost with what “Instead..” means

Instead of what? Declining financing conditions?

Apparently there is a failure to grasp what $400M cash and getting listed on the NASDAQ means for NioCorp and the Elk Creek Project..

Sometimes its Skil, Sometimes its Luc.
