How can they Use Word (GUARANTEE) when other Lehman securities are Stealing their Dividends?

That is Fraud Right?

The issuer / Investment Banks /Financial Firms who Sold/Marketed these CTs and charged a Commission(Fee) to individuals should also be on the Hook.

Or Did Lehman self peddle these?
