I think $5 is inevitable.

When Doge gets incorporated into the Twitter platform it will have officially won the “which cryptocurrency should be use as an everyday currency?” war.

If Twitter adopts it then many others will likely follow suit.

Adoption and usage = accumulation and accumulation = price increase (as well as stability).

Musk purchasing Twitter opens the door for Doge to finally become the mainstream currency it was coded to be.
