What good will it do us if we use this knowledge to take action against the Bearing management ?

It will not change the merger with LPI and its unfair conditions.

On the contrary, further delays will be to our disadvantage.

The original additional cash payments of $0.02 have already melted down to $0.015 because of the last delay of one month.

Further delays will bring this towards $0.00 because management salaries will be paid longer.
