Deitsch uses toxic funding that was supposed to go to Operations but Deitsch is using the money to maintain his lifestyle and has been doing this for years. This is pretty typical for OTC CEOs.

But Deitsch makes much more egregious by saying he has loaned loaned money to the company and that is why he owns so much stock.
