Compensated for what? The proceeds from the sale of assets went to partially pay off the overdue debt built up by the company. There was nothing left after paying the debt. That’s why the stock has been subpenny since and now only trades on the expert market. It carries so much baggage it doesn’t even have value as a clean shell company.
