The only DD needed is the audit. The audit has been going on for 3 months now. Patel has been aware of this since at least August. He has everything to gain by coming out publicly to announce an LOI with PLPL as the audit comes to a conclusion. Especially if the results are good. Gets first crack at it and at the lowest price possible.
