BIG GUNS DOJ CA APPEAL CASE HOLY COW !!

That's the official filing to the 9th circuit court of appeals - and the DOJ-FDA brought-in some additional big legal guns from Washington D.C. !!!

The one new guy the DOJ added from their "D.C. appellate team division" is trial lawyer Daniel Tenny who "clerked" for Supreme Court Justice Souter back in the day - these two new DOJ attorneys are Harvard law and big name ties like that.

Looks to me like the DOJ is bringing their wrecking crew to the game this time - power hitters and Top Guns :)

About to get fugy-ugly for the SVF game looks like to me :)
