Good Morning to you ALL:

Still scratching my bald temples as to why the reverse split is a problem, or the rate of the split.

Just my opinion, in this case, is for the benefit(s) that can be achieved by doing so. Besides of course meeting the minimum requirements to be listed in a higher market. I am sure that we all agree that the more investors are able to purchase our shares the best for the share price.

Before we start, if you believe that possesing 100 shares at 1.00 dollar each, in your account is different that having one share at 100.00 dollars, please stop here.

I) Many investment groups, specifically retiement associations don't allow shares to be under $10.00 USD at the time af the purchase. In the US that is a train load of funds invested in these accounts. They will also have a share price where they have to sell, most likely at 5.00 USD. which is higher than the minimum reqired by NASDAQ.

II) Please do not bundle all reverse splits on the same basket. In this case if a reverse split is necessary, it is for a positive reason: Allow our stock to be listed in the NASDAQ. I bet most of the complaints come from posters who wanted a higher level exchange.

III) Our share price should be very, probably should say extremely dynamic, at least at the time of "uplisting". What I mean, we for sure don't want to have to execute a reverse split a second time, that would be a bummer. So we don't want a reverse split that is very close the minimum requirements of the exchange. We want a high enough share price that all investment groups are able to include us in their portfolios.

IV) So if I have 1,000 shares at 1.00 USD is same, same as 1 share at 1,000.00 USD. No difference. However BlackRock or Fidelity or CalPers, PIF, etc, etc, would not be able to include us in their portfolio at 1.00 USD per share. Ans those boys and girls have hundreds of trillions under management!

Yes I would rather have 1 share at 1,000.00 USD rather than 200 shares at 5.00 USD and having to do a reverse split because the market as a whole takes a nosedive, as it has in recent months.

Just my opinion.

Happy Investing!
