You can't protect yourself from lawsuits if you release a PR that was completely made up.

Some silly examples,

Greene Concepts Initiates Actions to Merge with Wal-Mart

Greene Concepts Product BeWater is Now an Official Liquid Currency in China

There are many previous "million-dollar" PRs that GC released that ended up never being mentioned again. I wonder if they were all real attempts to make happen or were simply made up with someone else to release a co-sponsored PR to attempt to pump the share price?
