"Cause they already own a bunch of the float. Filings will show it once they come out."

--and you know this how? Did they say that in so many words.. admitting they bought or were given shares in a ticker they have no deal with as yet? Just asking... tryin' to learn.

Apparently there are 11 billion authorized with 7,343,911,205 currently issued/outstanding. Everyone that owns them are presumably expecting, hoping, praying their shares will make them rich.

So that leaves 3.66 Billion left to raise money with to completely convert those 119 old mo/hotels at the tune of $40-60 million each? That would require 4,760,000,000 to 7,140,000,000 (those are "billions).

Since PLPL reports having NO operations, NO products, NO services, NO subsidiaries, parents, or affiliated companies; NO reported assets or revenues it's safe to assume that whatever money that has flowed in to PLPL --especially recently-- isn't financing anything as yet. So the owners of those 7.34 Billion shares in the O/S are just circling around in hopes that someone else will finance a chain of profit generating, real world businesses.

At today's close of .0011 those remaining 3.66 billion shares in the A/S are valued at $4 million... about 1/10th of what I assume will be needed to renovate that old former Travel Lodge in Phoenix into a luxury 5 Star Smart Hotel."

Google satellite and street views (as well as Historic Aerial views dating back to the 1961) of 600 W Van Buren, Phoenix AZ show a tiny, run down motel hemmed in on 3 sides by streets, and a very large commercial/ industrial laundry company (Milum Textile Services) on the north and half of the west side of the motel. It's brick and looks like its' been there for 60 years or more. So people in a high rise EV Hotel there will have a direct view of that and their junky, walled in parking area. A dirt field sits behind the old motel office. Formerly occupied by commercial/ industrial buildings. Maybe enough for parking if they own it...but not 200 cars unless they build a garage too. (BTW-- several of the parking areas around the area are fenced and topped with barbed or razor wire),

I'm still skeptical. BUT they can prove me wrong by actually building one.
