Yes everyone of these tickers look just like 95% of the OTC. Until the OTC starts to pull out of its first bear market in over 20 years almost all tickers will continue to suffer the same fate. When it comes to VGLS which has a 20 billion A/S as of 9/30/22 the O/S now sits at 19, 192,891,732 leaving only 807,108,268 shares to be converted. Since that last O/S date approximately 833 million shares have traded including today. We've got to be very very close to being done with the dilution here. Is a rs coming, maybe, but imo no time soon. There are so many tickers now with 30, 50, 60 billion A/S and running. I'll continue to add accordingly down here at the very bottom and when it runs, sell enough to make it free. GL
