Not sure. Maybe they have been using PDIV as a backdoor to get GNCP shares cheap all along. Getting .0001's or "below?" the whole time. Could they use those GNCP shares then as leverage for other deal/s? Surprise, here comes a run and whammo. Those gains would be neat. I could be totally wrong. Share restructuring? Who knows? We will see. They waiting in the back for the stars and moons to align correctly I guess. The waiting game.
