The dtcc has millions of FTDs buried on dozens of stocks that will never see the light of day or be covered. Two congressmen 30 years ago uncovered this crime the dtcc has became more powerful and above the law and answer to nobody. IMHO many years ago the VW was the last uncontrollable squeeze now that the algo computers run the market it won't happen unless it's to their advantage to build liquidity on a fake pump.
