American International Holdings Corp is expected to conduct a public offering of units comprised of one share of common stock and one warrant exercisable for a share of common stock.

The company has applied to have its stock listed on the Nasdaq and the New York Stock Exchange. The stock currently trades on the Over-the-Counter Markets under the ticker symbol AMIH, and if approved, the stock will trade on the Nasdaq and NYSE under the same symbol.

The offering of units is contigent upon the approval of those applications.
