The problem with that hypothesis is that if it's strategic we will find out, but if it's a problem we will possibly not ever know the truth. We'll just continue to be led on indefinitely until we each hit our breaking point and sell. There are some who will go down with the ship well into sub-penny land, always telling themselves that the big break is just around the next corner.
