That's because management teams and all the DD in the world don't move the stock price. As if it suppose to move up off the air. If no one is willing to buy, then the price won't go up. It's called supply and demand. There's more selling or dilution then buyers. Which causes price to go down. This is the basic fundamentals of trading. If people don't understand that, they don't need to be trading in the market.
