Granted, Acropolis doesn't have much experience with Custodianships, but they managed to get KATX through the Form 10 process rather quickly. I don't think the problem here is Acropolis. I think the problem is Holmes, or more specifically, Holmes' bookkeeping.

I don't think Currier gets involved with a ticker until it's a clean shell available for sale. so I don't think currier is doing anything with LLBO yet.
