NCT, I respect you opinion and completely understand your frustration. I've been an SH for over 11 years. While I don't love the deal structure, I've come to the conclusion that it is and has been much more difficult to raise ~$1B, even when you have a great story to tell. I'm willing to accept this deal because it gets us on NASDAQ fairly quickly and to me, that is critical. I was probably naive to think that the merits of the mine would be enough to build SP growth to the point we could move to NASDAQ on our own. I believe our SP should be high enough based on the value of our resource, but we have never even gotten close to the $4/SP needed to do so. I'm only 55, but I'm not interested in passing on this deal when there is no guarantee a better deal could come in the next several years.
