Crossball. Not sure if you are in both STHC and VCT? They have the off-take agreement together. Is it correct in saying that VCT will be selling the graphite they get from STHC or using that graphite for themselves? Not sure if they use any graphite in their batteries? what would the better play be in your opinion, since you have probably looked into both more so than anyone.

It would be nice to get in early here since they have a similar share structure, but by the time they get current, who knows where the price will be.
