If I understand you, you think the market is going to crash in 2023. WHAT DO YOU CALL THE CYCLE WE ARE IN. The market has crashed over 21 percent in just the first half of 2022 alone which is the worst since 1970. We could see another 10 to 20 percent drop by year end. With inflation at a 40 year high, that doesn't help us at all....But like everything else , all things finally come to an end!!!

I see DSCR back to pink current before the end of the year and a rise in the stock market for 2023.
