This will go back up in time, i planned to hold this for a long time and will continue to do so. they definitely could have done it better, but they more than likely need bigger investors to be able to join. which comes from them dumping bad debt, reverse split to meet nasdaq requirements (good news that brings value will also decrease split ration). I have friends who's companies don't allow them to trade BOXS because they are too cheap
