Here is what I think may have happened. Since Kathryn found out about the Rosie plant closure she decided to buy the production lines and break them down and transfer them to AZ. But then the opportunity opened up to buy the Rosie plant as is and this solved a lot of problems very quickly and allowed Hiru to meet Walmart and CVS production rates. Therefore there are now no lines being torn down and transferred to the AZ plant
