If the only damages being currently entertained is the next day trading value... then the class action is limited to just a fraction of the potential losses and the plaintiffs or anyone can refile for a broader interpetation of losses.

The losses i've suffered are the losses from FMV to current trading value. That is well over $150 a share (common). So the 11c tossed around is merely a start.
