ASTA has missed many deadlines. Number 1 Is September 28, 2021 - that was ONE YEAR, 28 DAYS AGO, as well all know, that’s why ASTA is Dark and demoted to EM status.

The VOLUNTARILY Dismissed lawsuit, dismissed 164 DAYS AGO. Why was that Not PRd? Instead it was presented over and over and…like it was ongoing…when it obviously was NOT, IT WAS DISMISSED. We all know that. SMH

The ORDER OF CONTEMPT, ordered to be paid 30 DAYS AGO. Has Davis and his team paid it?

And on and on it goes, a ”tweet” was made which is hilarious if it wasn’t so desperate. SMH
