What is not being stated here is the loss of volume is Amazon doing most of its own "last mile" delivery, now.
It's amazing UPS reported so well. It is very well managed. My brother was in management in Atlanta.
The day he retired, he and his wife were out of Georgia the next morning, lol

Atlanta-based UPS reported third-quarter revenue of $24.2 billion - just missing analysts' estimate of $24.3 billion, as consolidated average daily package volume declined 2.1% to 22.9 million in the quarter.
