SFIO has NOT announced auditor since they promised one will be announced “soon” since January 2022

During this time management has only promoted the ticker SFIO through Twitter, Youtube videos, NYC Times Square billboards. For what?

SFIO management offered earning guidance of $100M for year ending 2022. Are they even close??

Claims of new Epiphany Cafe store openings and actually counting anyone person reselling their donuts as an “OFFICIAL” stores.

SFIO management claims they will be developing about $2B worth of real estate projects includes receiving $28M in EXIM funds.

Amazon?? ZERO SALES
