Scroll down to the section where it says Shell Companies…..But he added: “Any company that’s a shell as of September 28th has 18 months from that date to be the subject of a public quote if it remains a shell.” Now, to be fair, above that paragraph the individual was talking about new companies coming on. So I’m not sure if it’s a continuation of talking about only new companies or if it applies to all companies. Anyway, I knew I saw it somewhere and was able to locate it.
