The data is right there in front of you about who the company is. It isn't some shady nobody. Everyone is here for the possibility of the LOI going through plus audited financials. This shell was wiped of the $20 mill debt it has and I think can be used as a NOL. This shell is highly desirable regardless. Not just any company will be buying this. This closes, and goodbye. Who cares about the pumpers. Each person has their part and they are pushing the data out there for people to see everyday. Because people are really lazy and can't do some googling.
