I think way too many are stuck on the 700M AS number. The only thing that matters is the IS change.

It makes sense when going into 2 large acquisitions to do a AS raise ABOVE what you might need.


Probably should wait for the OS raise before getting your shorts in a bind. We might (probably) be in better shape than we think.
