"Yes the convertible debenture sucks, but that is $50,000,000 out of $9,500,000,000 worth of assets" You don't seem to understand what a convertible debenture means. If converted at 10 cents a share it may mean 500 million more shares! What will it do to the stock price when those shares are sold?
