--Questions:

1) Do these apps of Ken's currently exist or re they?
2) Have they been integrated, tested and proven to work flawlessly and seamlessly with the dozen or so "Smart" IoT devices as claimed?
3) Do all these "Smart" IoT devices use the same platform/ architecture?
4) How soon

Most importantly I guess--

5) Will Ken be exchanging ownership of all his assets (apps, intellectual property, consulting, contracts, licensing royalties) in exchange for PLPL stock for the benefit of its investors and shareholders including himself?

I only ask because I've seen countless reverse merger where the entity taking over a shell dangles a fat carrot to shareholders only to maintain private ownership of the asset(s) as their personal property.

--They didn't actually sell or buy and hotels, correct? My understanding is that they reportedly secured some sort of preliminary statements of interest/ agreements/ LOI 's etc with 119 hotel/motels-- presumably smallish, struggling ones like the former Travel Lodge in Phoenix what's supposedly to be converted into the first EV hotel.
