Hello MCOA board. Does anyone have any current information about the Asset Purchase of $SIGO by $MCOA ? Is it still on? It's been over a year since the announcement but I can't find any current information.

I've owned shares of $SIGO for years but often too afraid to look at them. But I saw posts about it being upgraded to OTC Pink Limited from Expert Market today. And it's been wildly bouncing around all day. Anyway - trying to get up to date on what's going on with the $SIGO & $MCOA deal.
