No, the only time to do a market buy is when you are first getting into a position, and the only time to sell at market is when you are exiting a position.
Market buys and sells benefit ONLY MM's, because they control what they will sell them for or buy them for. Their computers respond instantaneously to market buys/sells, and that is where they make the most money. It is obvious that if they are doing well, shareholders are not.
If you want to sell at a limit price, just set it for 60 days, as I do. Then just sit back and let it come to you, rather than trying to chase it up and down.
My last limit buy was around .0055. I got some of them, but most of them didn't fill. I have limit sells that have been open since then. When it gets to my limit, they will sell. My limit is generally about 100% over my buys. I can be at a bar having a cold one, and if the sp spikes, I'll get my limit price.
You CAN'T do market buys and sells and expect to make money.
