The PR does NOT say they acquired it. It says there’s a “definitive acquisition agreement”. They used similar wording to say they acquired VirtuaBroker, when they only bought a tiny stake in it. They used similar wording, when they said they were buying BW.

They lied last week, when JT claimed the deal was done. That’s why it’s dropping.

Has SRAX ever commented on NSAV? MD Global? I’ve seen neither post anything.
