Look at SHLDQ's trade statistics for yourself:

Average daily volume has been dropping slowly over the past year. Avg. daily volume has now dropped to ~34K shares the past month according to the statistics at the link above.

That low volume makes it very difficult to trade, even for just a few bucks per trade!
