Until there are audited financials and a shareholder's meeting, I continue to be a skeptic. It appears that the NexPoint legal action may be the only catalyst for progress in either area. Currently, I see no plan from UDF that will allow shareholders to liquidate shares at any reasonable value. That is a huge concern for me, as I have been holding these shares for a long time with no recourse but to take a huge loss.
