Jeff never rebuilt after the fire. His old place is just empty land.

$675,000 butt just empty land. He prolly is using the insurance munny to live on. I know that after the wildfire he applied for an SBA residential home rebuilding loan (SBA does the disaster lending for both homes and businesses post-disaster - it works with FEMA - most folks do nott know that) because the primary insurance did nott cover the full cost of rebuilding - maybe he didn‘t get it or more likely did nott want to be in that level of debt.

IIRC, his old house in Napa was very small. This was it (the one that burnt down):



James and Steve (Steven?) and IIRC one other male were brothers.of Coyote‘s dead daddy, Raymond. Ray was a PE teacher in Kittery, Maine and part-time photographer for a Boston sports team (Red Sox maybe - I don‘t recall offhand) and that CONnection is how Coyote got his first yobb with a Boston radio station working on the technical side nott as a broadcaster. Later tonight I will DuckDuckGo and see if Steve(n) is sill alive and living in LV area and if I can get the name of the other uncle of Coyote. IIRC, Coyote‘s mother‘s name was Muriel, butt I may have that wrong - it has been years since I researched that stuph to find who Coyote might be using as nominees for his stock frauds.

FWIW, I do nott view Jeff as necessarily a bad guy here. Yes, he CONspired with Coyote and broke the law, butt Coyote set up a LOT of people to break the law for/with him. Guys like Coyote are a cancer - they spread their disease to many other places. Butt for the corrosive effects of his brother, Coyote, Jeff might have run a straight life. Coyote used Jeff as a stooge and frontman, and Jeff might be a little too dumb to have realized he was being used in illegal securities fraud and money laundering. There is no evidence that I know of that Jeff personally ever made very much munny from his frontman activities in NTEK and NTGL. He never lived large like Coyote.

Coyote is a to-the-bone criminal. He is a menace to society and everyone he touches. Jeff might just be collateral damage. Jeff is a dullard - nott a high IQ guy - prolly easily manipulated by his psychopath brother, Coyote. Prolly since childhood. Psychopaths like Coyote are bad seeds from birth. Just be glad you didn‘t have a sibling or other close relative who was a psychopath. Imagine what it must be like to have a psychopath brother.

For the above reasons, I tend to cutt Jeffy a bit of slack for his misdeeds re: NTEK and NTGL.
