There are several key metrics that need to be defined before a likely share price can be accurately calculated, so I hesitate to speculate. However, the warrants don’t expire until March 2026, and the mine and processing plant commissioning should be well advanced. Making a lot of assumptions like smooth sailing building the mine, satisfactory test results from the pilot plant, the Scandium market continuing to expand, and probably a major partnership with one or more manufacturing companies, I’d be disappointed if the share price was below $5/share based on todays share count. I did all of my calculations based on what I think are very conservative at $50/share after a 10/1 reverse split. After the split the strike price will be $10.20, so I’m still seeing nearly a 5x return on my money minus my initial investment to purchase the warrants. These are just my thoughts, and my share price projections are riddled with guesses and assumptions.
