I don't have a WeBull account but I asked a friend of mine who does and who has some CUBT shares and he verified that earlier post.

WeBull had an alert a couple of weeks ago saying that the Offering would be complete on the 13th. That is why some brokers and even some charting websites like stock charts dot com had the price at $8 on the 13th.

So there is validity to the post. The offering according to WeBull is canceled.
