We will see if there is a change of tone in the 10Q on Nov 7. The last one had a very negative tone in the narrative. Talk of inability to compete due to the customer acquisition cost exceeding the profit margin. Personally I'm predicting a reorganization to trim the fat. I put the blame for the current share price squarely on management based on what they have disclosed in the last few quarters. I think that they are getting ready for something because they settled the shareholder lawsuit quickly, switched to a top accounting firm and renegotiated their line of credit. They told us that they have a problem. Now it's time for them to tell us how they are going to fix it. They have been showcasing the increased performance of the Foundry Division via its non government business.
