You have always had the professional approach and experience we all have enjoyed over the years which goes back to the other alias and of course the RB message board. My question (and I value your opinion greatly) please re-read and study Intel's brief plus chew on the political and rules involving 101 and 103 which is really throwing a wrench in this as I see things mind you it is easy to see that I am not educated nor technically enhanced involving these matters and of course weak reading comprehension. You are or were a professional and have a good understanding and level headed approach to many things and subjects. I hope that you will dig into this deeper but I'm sincerely shaky when I see the 101 and 103 issues. I mean the "new" Director at the USPTO was confirmed by the Senate and you know Intel will force her hand to act, you watch the pressure is now on her and my money says Intel will be one of the 6% to get a hearing with her and she will end up striking all this down or will Judge Albright do her the favor.

Why the hell can't anything be easy for HDC.

Now $100-$400 million if Intel were to loss is nothing to say they can afford that because money is money and I have always believed regardless a family making $100k a year lives within their means and so does the family making $500k a year so the same with HDC & Intel....of course HDC is a bad example since we never made any real money but I'm sure you can understand what I am saying.

You can't help but think is Intel just doing what they do well within the legal spectrum or could there be a $1 billion in damages hiding, I would not think so, I mean we never had a product and HDC has never really lifted a finger to really pursue lawsuits in a big way except Neogenomic and Intel.

a side not for McGovern .........I still would like to know from BQ why he did not want you to go after NEO or Intel but of course the question is really answered in the reason why you would not let him back on board as a Director.
