I lean in the same direction as you do navy. Why in the hell would you seek damages of less than 1% of the actual money out of which you had been screwed? Doesn't one normally seek 3-4X the actual amount hoping to get 2X damages? If this action we see here with the paltry $1.6 billion was the norm, all the neck collar lawyers in the U.S. would kill themselves! Are we sure we are not watching mock court?
