Brokers didn't do it. The SEC ruled that brokers cannot sell OTC stock that is not current to traders. No STOP, No Yield. You could SELL such stock, but not buy it. Obviously, if no one but MM's can buy it, the price drops and the portfolio value drops.
I had some of those too, but sold them before the SEC deadline, and never looked back. If pinkies can't stay current, they are not a value to traders. If NSAV drops into Yield or Stop territory, like it WAS before, it will be in the same boat.
